Really good Stay with Attentive Service
convenient location excellent hospitality
I found the location quite convenient (within walking distance to many attractions). The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and ensured my needs were promptly met. I appreciated the daily room service. I had a restful experience thanks to the quiet environment .
The blackout curtains in my room did not fully block the morning sunlight, which disrupted my sleep.

My room featured a comfortable bed, ample space, and a modern bathroom with a powerful shower. The room was well kept and included a work desk and a seating area, providing comfort. Blackout curtains were present, though they could be better. air conditioning was efficient.

excellent service cozy rooms
Oksana provided excellent service at the hotel. i was accommodated without waiting for the official check-in time because my bus crossed the border earlier than expected. the rooms are clean and cozy! the public bus to the airport runs on schedule. Travel is inexpensive.
the towels were quite thin.

An Okay Stay with Some Issues
stuffy room poor ventilation
The room felt a bit stuffy, almost like the windows had not been opened in a while. This made it less comfortable (especially during the warmer days). I think more attention to air circulation is important for a better guest experience.
